Owner's representatives listed on OwnerRepMatch are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of OwnerRepMatch. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work.

No Guarantee of Qualifications

While we verify credentials and conduct screening as part of our application process, we do not guarantee the qualifications, competence, availability, pricing, or suitability of any professional listed on our site.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from working with an owner's representative found through our service. Project success depends on many factors beyond our control.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Conducting your own due diligence before hiring any professional
  • Verifying licenses, insurance, and references
  • Negotiating and entering into agreements directly with professionals
  • All decisions related to your project

Direct Agreements

Any contract or agreement you enter into with an owner's representative is between you and that professional. OwnerRepMatch is not a party to such agreements and has no responsibility or liability under them.
